DESIGN

While ensuring that all technical factors are considered, we dedicate special attention to complementing the architectural design to the surroundings of the building.
For us, planning starts with putting together the right team. Collaboration between third party specialty engineers, in-house design & highly trained craftsmen allows us to deliver world class results.
PLAN
We include soft costs such as basic architectural, envelope & engineered shop drawings in our base bid. If further involvement is required, we can provide full-scale design & drawings to ensure a smooth transition through construction to completion.
- We take pride in customizing the details, profiles & materials to suit the client’s needs, factoring in site conditions & budgetary considerations. CAD programs with 3D design are used to create a clear picture of how materials interface with one another.
- Our process entails working closely with the design team, providing shop drawings to the stakeholders for review, followed by issuing them to the fabricators & our installation team for construction.
- Once the stone is delivered, it is systematically labeled & cataloged to facilitate a seamless installation process from start to end. By systematically planning, we alleviate the unforeseen & keep the entire team in the loop.
